« Dorsett Gold Coast boasts a prime location, just one street away from the large shopping centre Pacific Fair. There are plenty of dining options nearby, and it only takes a 10-minute walk to get to the beach. The hotel entrance is right at the Tram Station. The room facilities are quite good, featuring a small balcony that offers a view of the sea when opened. However, the shower water pressure is somewhat weak, and the floor gets a bit slippery when wet. Aside from these, I’d like to give a special shout-out to Carter at the front desk for making us feel right at home.
黄金海岸的帝盛酒店位置很不错，距离大型购物中心Pacific Fair就一条街的距离，周围吃的很多，10分钟可以走到海边，酒店门口就是Tram Station。房间的设施也不错，带小阳台，打开可以看到海。只是淋浴水量比较小，地板沾水有一点滑。除此之外，特别点赞前台Carter，让人有宾至如归之感。 - Chinese Customers »

« The hotel room had a view of the ocean and of the city. I loved the room decor and the overall atmosphere of this hotel. I enjoyed how close this hotel was to the Appel Warf. I also appreciated the close proximity to the beach. The service by the hotel were very professional and friendly. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. »

« There was a lot of communication issues prior to check in. Drainage issue was fixed quickly. There is no house keeper for the apartment even though I rented 6 days. No replacement of toilet amenities. »

« Novotel pour les familles est situé dans un endroit confortable, près du tram et de nombreux restaurants. Le service et les travailleurs sont excellents. Les tapis sont bruns foncés, ce qui la rend inconfortable de marcher sur, car vous ne savez pas combien ils sont vraiment propres. En ce qui concerne la propreté, j'étais très déçu de trouver un marquage sur le couvercle ! »

GGreeny12Je pense que c'est l'un des meilleurs hôtels Marriot que j'ai séjourné. Il a une belle lagoune et les installations et les services sont bons. Deux tramways s'arrêtent loin du paradis des surfers. Voir à partir de la chambre est aussi jolie.

IInvitéC'est un très vieil hôtel, la chambre était assez propre à l'intérieur mais avait grand besoin d'être rénovée car beaucoup de choses étaient vieilles, légèrement cassées et obsolètes. L'espace extérieur (barbecue et piscine) était incroyablement sale et négligé. Les carreaux étaient tous fissurés à l'intérieur de la « petite piscine » qui, j'en suis sûr, était censée être un spa qui ne fonctionne pas et tout était moisi et mal entretenu.
L'emplacement est bon si vous voulez être près de Caville Avenue.
Payer 15 $ de plus par nuit pour le stationnement n'est pas raisonnable en plus du coût de la réservation. C'est peut-être un 3 sur 10
Les enfants ont aimé le toboggan aquatique qui était la seule qualité rédemptrice.

Cependant, la chambre présentait plusieurs problèmes : le robinet d'eau froide des toilettes extérieures ne fonctionnait pas, les portes en bois étaient pourries et moisies, quelques tiroirs étaient cassés, et le pire était visible sur la photo, à l'intérieur du tiroir de la chambre principale.

IInvitéThe location is wonderful .. short walk to surfers paradise and skypoint is just right next door. Easy to get from airport as the tram stop is just right next to skypoint. Many cafe and restaurant choices. Did not use the pool or gym. Noise can be heard from room as the walls are thin. Easy check in .. staff did not advise much on the resort facilities and we figure out the wifi password base on the sticker on the kitchen wall. Our rooms balcony look out into the pool which is nice.

GGabchoi Nous étions ici pour un voyage familial et j'ai été heureux de choisir cet hôtel et il est fermé à la cuve du sanctuaire et il a aussi un bon personnel qui m'aide à changer ma chambre quand j'ai eu des problèmes avec l'un des aveugles de la cour,
Nous restons quatre nuits et le lieu était propre.
Nous pouvons cuisiner à l'intérieur et il est aussi à pied dans le supermarché de Cole et il a également un parking gratuit

IInvitéThe check in was fine, the car parking was easy enough, but the room was not in good shape. The room was asthough it had experienced 20 years of schoolines and nothing had been attended to. There was paint peeling off, chips, cracks, unclean carpet, unkept room items. The clock was flashing random time, I didn't check to see if the TV was working, but it didn't mater, I wasn't staying in the room to watch it.
The beds were very clean though, which I was relieved to see.
The breakfast in the dining room was very nice, that was the saving grace.
Won't be staying at this mantra again :(

MMelzza23Unfortunately we did not have a great stay. We booked 3 apartments for a family vacation and all 3 had issues. All 3 apartments had faulty air cons. 1 air con didn’t work at all and also a toilet in that apartment didn’t work either. Also when we arrived, we found one of our carparks had a car parked in it and that 2 other guests were allocated the same Carpark as us. We all contacted the letting company and all guests were told to seek help from the apartment reception who then told us all to contact the letting company as they don’t deal with the private apartments and their carparks. So it was back and forth for hours, we even visited the office twice until the car was finally removed. In terms of the no aircon/ broken toilet room, we were told there was nothing the letting company could do about it as they only have 1 staff member on so we’d have to wait for the next day and that some of our cost would be refunded (We are still waiting). The next day, in the morning the staff member visited and said the aircon is broken and they’ll have to find another room so will get back to us. It was close to the letting company’s closing time and we hadn’t heard back so we followed up only to be told there’s no more rooms available and our family would have to make do with the fans. Our family members in the no aircon room got sick from the heat/ stuffiness even with the doors and windows open. The amenities - lagoon, gym and pool are awesome So it was really unfortunate we did not enjoy our stay due to the lack of upkeep of the apartments and the service.

IInvitéHad to wait while one of our 2 rooms was made up but the room that was supposed to have been made up had only had the beds done. Toothpaste splattered across the bathroom mirror, toilet unscrubbed, no face washers, hand towel or bath mat though there were fresh towels on the beds.
The kitchen hadn't been done as there was no dish cloth or liquid for cleaning only 2 tea cups, no mugs and the fridge contained half eaten yoghurt, a full bag of grapes and a 1/4 of rotten watermelon its juices all crusted under it.
The well frosted freezer contained a partially eaten iceblock frosted into the freezer, obviously it had been there long enough to be frosted to it.
The kitchen had not been stocked with tea coffee sugar or most importantly for me milk (being a little fussy I bring my own tea and coffee)
I have doubts about if it was vaccumed due to the pills as several other items on the carpet. I mention the pills as we had young children with us.
The aircon remote had no batteries or back to it but we just swopped out the batteries for the T.V. remote
The cleaner sent to remedy this politely made it clear that she wasn't the one who'd made up the room. She cleaned the mirror restocked the face washers, hand towel and bath mat, removed the food from the fridge and freezer and upon request gave me a cloth for me to scrub off the crusted watermelon juice.
The beds were clean (I checked) with fresh sheets and comfortable. They were clear that they expected courtesy to others by not making alot of noise late at night or slamming doors. The pool area could have been cleaned. I don't know where the dirt came from but it was there when we arrived and still there when we left. The lobby chairs I wouldn't sit in, needed a good scrub with soap and water.
They unlocked the freezer at the Cafe late one night for us to buy ice cream. The staff were helpful and polite. The kids loved playing ping pong and swimming.
